Who is/was the best promo maker in the company?

I have to say Hogan/Savage in the classic days, but still, Austin and Rocky were one of the best too, opinions?

Savage, Rock or Austin for me. Austin edges it because the crowd would hang on to every single word wherever it was. He was perfect for his character. Some of the promos were insane.

Ric flair is pretty close too, was great in the day but overrated in my opinion.

JBL should be added to this list.

Where is Ted Dibiase or Jake Roberts? Those guys were insanely good on the mic. I'll say Foley as the greatest speaker ever I loved his style, especially how he switched from psychotic to disturbed into comedy.

Yeah, Raven was great in ECW, too bad he so underrated by the IWC. He ain't exception, though.
The one thing that amused me in his promos was his strategy to mentally beat his opponents. He was legend in doing that.
