This can be a fun debate. Got the inspiration from Nappy's latest video.
So of all the Pokemon starers (as a trio, not alone), which would you say is the best gen?
Remember they come as a trio, so some trios may have a weaker mon in them.

Rank them as follows:

• Looks (aesthetics alone)
• Battles (skills and usefulness in battle)
• All Around (best for all reasons)

This isn't just for the first stage of evolution either. Consider all stages with your choices.

Literal three-way tie for Gen one as I like them all in their own way.
Gen 2

I love Feraligtr in RU and generally love its HA and design.
Gen 3

You know my affinity for the Kip...
Gen 4

Kung-Fu Fire Monkey, Empoleon is a close second.
Gen 5

Undecided. Basically, it would have been Greninja/Froakie until Ash-Greninja came out and I hate that thing with a fiery passion. I like Chestnaught, Delphox is decent in battle (Braixen is the better design though)
