Perfect was better on the mic, Hart has the better in ring skills, Hart and Angle are about even when it comes to success. So IMO, Hart still takes it.

For me it goes Angle > Perfect >> Hart.
I always thought Bret Hart was lame though for the most part.

I'm not nearly as familiar with Mr. Perfect as I am with the other two, so I can't really do this perfectly but I'd say Kurt Angle tops all three categories.
