Billy & Stu in Scream was just excellent. I also love how they make it seem so obvious throughout that it's him, that you begin to doubt it. So many scenes are great on a rewatch after knowing all the facts, especially with Randy in the video store.

Billy bores me for most of Scream, but when its revealed he's the killer he comes into his own. Him and Stu can never be beaten for twisted psychos in the Scream movies.
