They do not have a value. They do not listen to the fans at all.

The script should have been changed with how much the crowd were marking for Reigns. They need to be more adaptive so whatever's best for business, the fans, happens.

Is there a way for matches and their outcomes to be changed, when the script is wrong?

They'll find out what's best for business. When less people purchase the WWE Network they'll know that the Royal Rumble was the reason why.
