The 33-year-old Lombard will face Trevor Prangley in the main event of Bellator 58 on November 18 at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, FL. The bout will be a non-title catchweight fight at 195 pounds and is the only announced match-up on the card thus far.
Lombard (30-2-1-1) is undefeated in his last 24 fights and became Bellator's 185-pound champion with a 4th round TKO of Jared Hess in June 2009. Since then, he has competed four times for the promotion but has only defended the title once. He also currently holds two other championships for smaller promotions.
The 39-year-old Prangley (23-8-1) has just one win in his last five fights (1-3-1) with all three losses coming in the 1st round. He has only lost by T/KO twice in his career and both were due to knees to the body.
All but one of Lombard's seven Bellator fights have ended in T/KO.
