So last year the Fastlane pay per view was one
of the worst booked pay per views of the year.

I just want to remind you of how poorly that
show was booked...

~ Nia Jax was pinned clean by Sasha Banks...although the rumor was Banks
was out of position & was meant to be using the ropes for leverage to score the win.
~ Big Show...THE FUCKING BIG SHOW defeated Rusev clean...WTF?!
~ The Plank of Wood pinned Braun Strowman clean handing him his first ever
one on one loss...Yeah...I remember that...shame the Undertaker couldn't show
up a night earlier & cause a distraction...
~ Bayley successfully defended the RAW women's title & broke Charlotte's
pay per view streak by CHEATING with help from Sasha Banks with Dana
Brooke nowhere in sight...meaning 2 babyfaces cheated to defeat a heel
who was playing by the rules...yeah...explain that to me. Fuck Bayley was
a pathetic Champion!
&
~ Goldberg defeated Kevin Owens in 22 seconds...which to this day still pisses
me off.

Now...the Samoa Joe/Sami Zayn match was good & I really enjoyed Neville
vs. Jack Gallagher...but overall it was a terribly booked pay per view.

Now keep that in mind when watching this years Fastlane...

Sure the card looks pretty predictable...(as was the Elimination Chamber)
& none of the titles are rumored to be changing hands...but hopefully we
get some quality wrestling without the creative team taking any crazy
pills when it comes to booking the actual results.

Also...I'm calling a "surprise" appearance by Asuka to take out Liv & Sarah...
& I guess the Undertaker can show up if he can find his zimmer frame.

Think positive people...2018 Fastlane will be better than 2017 Fastlane.

Didn't Dana Brooke or someone interfere or come down to interfere before Sasha came down?

Don't remember it too much, so I could be wrong

Nope that was RAW match where Bayley won the title...
Charlotte sent Dana to back on the stage while making
her entrance...after Bayley dared her to.

So Bayley was like:

"Hey Charlotte...I bet you can't beat me 1 on 1"
and then won by cheating with a 2 on 1 advantage

Don't remember it too much, so I could be wrong
I don't blame you...Fastlane 2017 was fucking awful...

Fast lane (besides the main event) feels like a run of the mill Smackdown episode. Rusev Day should face The Usos cuz Rusev is so over right now.

Kevin Owens and Sami should of been booked into a feud with New Day. They could of had a good tag matcb

Cena could of faced Nakamure for the opportunity for Cena to be added to the main event at Mania

Styles could of done a fatal 4 way with Jinder, Ziggler, and Corbin. That would of been a solid main event.

Roode vs Orton is the only match that is booked fine in my opinion

I'm glad I skipped that PPV. Sounds like one of the worst PPVs in recent history

I can't agree more with Cena vs Nakamura. Losing to Shinsuke could increase Cena's depression, it would give Nakamura a W that matters, it keeps Rusev out of that spot, and it puts another solid match on the card.

In 2018 Shinsuke Nakamura should be harder to beat than the Undertaker.

Why would Nakamura put he's title shot on the line? Like why? I know Nakamura likes to fight and stuff. But he isn't stupid.

I could overlook that if Shane makes the match. Usually with stuff like this the Baby face makes the challenge and looks Blue, but again similar situation to Asuka vs Nia where Nakamura's in regardless but it Cena wins it's a triple threat.

Amazing how the one time SDL doesn't copy Raw they did something worse

What I don’t like about these PPV’s is WWE is already promoting AJ vs Shin. It’s expected (since announced at the rumble), and an actual match listed on WWE.com. Thus, having this title match is fairly stupid. Elimination chamber makes sense for the brand that didn’t win the rumble, so that their contender for their world title can be chosen, but this title match at fast lane makes no sense really.
