My question is: Why is cunt such a harsh word in USA & UK?
When I translate it to Dutch it is something like bitch.

So can someone explain the whole thing to me?

For example what sounds better - "I'm going to go speak to one of those guys over there" or "Aye, I'm gonnae have a chat with one o' they cunts".
