Bloody Elbow Radio, presented by Bad Boy, returns LIVE! at a special time of 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT for the milestone 50th edition of the show. Join Matt Bishop, Forrest Lynn and MMA Mania's Brian Hemminger as they preview the weekend in mixed martial arts. We'll preview the main cards of this weekend's three shows, starting with Friday's Strikeforce Challengers 16, which is headlined by a lightweight bout between Caros Fodor and James Terry.

Then we'll roll on to Saturday's Bellator 46, which features four quarterfinal bouts in Bellator's Summer Series featherweight tournament and features the promotional debut of former Sengoku champion Marlon Sandro. We'll wrap up by finishing our preview of UFC on Versus 4, which is headlined by a welterweight bout between Nate Marquardt and Rick Story.

We've got two solid guests on tap for the show. We'll be joined by UFC heavyweight Matt Mitrione as he prepares to fight Christian Morecraft this Sunday in Pittsburgh. We'll talk with him about that fight and more.

We'll also be joined by Bellator 46 competitor Pat Curran as he readies to fight Luis Palomino this Saturday in Hollywood, Fla.
