Bloody Elbow Radio, presented by Bad Boy, was live Tuesday for another edition of the show. Hosts Matt Bishop, Forrest Lynn and MMA Mania's Brian Hemminger discussed the latest in mixed martial arts, including the potential of a fight between Chael Sonnen and Lyoto Machida and also all the fallout from Saturday's UFC 132, including a look at Wanderlei Silva's career.
We were joined by noted MMA author Glen Cordoza. Cordoza has co-authored a number of instructional manuals with the likes of Lyoto Machida, Fedor Emelianenko, B.J. Penn and Randy Couture and recently co-authored UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva's second book entitled "MMA Instruction Manual: The Muay Thai Clinch, Takedowns, Takedown Defense, and Ground Fighting."
We chatted with him about working with elite mixed martial artists, his fighting career, how he reconciles attempting to use all these techniques he's learned in his career and much more.
Bloody Elbow Radio will return to the air at a special start time of 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT Thursday. We'll be joined by M-1 Global Director of Operations Evgeni Kogan along with M-1 Global Challenge 26 headliners Pat Bennett and Kenny Garner.
