Bloody Elbow Radio, presented by Bad Boy, was live Thursday to discuss the latest in mixed martial arts. Hosts Matt Bishop, Forrest Lynn and Mike Fagan broke down the latest in Chael Sonnen, including his bout with Brian Stann, plus his latest controversial interview.

We were joined by three guests on the show. First we were joined by M-1 Global Challenge 26 headliner Kenny Garner. Then we were joined by his opponent tonight Pat Bennett. We talked with both about their fight tonight on Showtime (11 p.m. ET/PT), how they've improved since that fight and much more.

We also were joined by M-1 Global Director of Operations Evgeni Kogan. We chatted with him about the show, what improvements have been made since their first effort in America, when the next Showtime show will be, promoting in America and Fedor Emelianenko.

Bloody Elbow Radio is sponsored by Bad Boy. Bad Boy, the 2010 World MMA Awards winner for "Best Technical Clothing Brand," can be found at BadBoyMMA.com. Follow them on Twitter and Facebook and tell them Bloody Elbow sent you.

Bloody Elbow Radio returns at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday to talk the latest in mixed martial arts. We'll be joined by Strikeforce Challengers 17 fighter Ovince St. Preux.
