Bloody Elbow Radio, presented by Bad Boy, will be LIVE! at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT for another edition of the show. Join hosts Matt Bishop, Forrest Lynn and MMA Mania's Brian Hemminger as they preview the preliminary action at this weekend's UFC 133, including the two fights on the Spike TV broadcast — Chad Mendes against Rani Yahya and Alexander Gustafsson against Matt Hamill.

We'll discuss all the fallout from this weekend's "Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson," including Fedor Emelianenko's status and Dan Henderson's place in MMA history.

We'll be joined by Strikeforce lightweight Pat Healy as he prepares for his fight with Eric Wisely at Strikeforce Challengers 18 next week. He'll talk with us about that fight, the latest Team Quest news, including the TQ canoeing trip with Chael Sonnen, Yushin Okami and Matt Lindland, trying to promote himself as a fighter, what he's been up to since his win over Lyle Beerbohm earlier this year and more.

We're also scheduled to be joined by Sara McMann, who defeated Tonya Evinger by decision this past Friday at Titan Fighting 19.

We'll talk with McMann, the only American woman to win a silver medal in wrestling at the Olympics, about her burgeoning MMA career, her Olympic experience, her fight with Evinger and much more.
