TNA turned away between 2,000-3,000 fans from tonight's live edition of iMPACT!. Wow, that's insane.

Before the tapings there was a dark match as Curry Man, Shark Boy and Eric Young d. Jimmy Rave, Lance Hoyt and Rellik.

TNA president Dixie Carter was greeting the fans as they entered the tapings.

TNA tossed out free merchandise to those in attendance.

As noted earlier, The Highlanders, Shannon Moore and Chavo Guerrero from WWE were all backstage.

Executives from Midway Games were in attendance.

Wow @ that many people showing up. I was expecting some to get turned away, but that almost as much as some PPV's they get. Wow.

And lol at Rory when he was shown on TV. He was like 'Oh shit' and tried to turn away. That made my night last night. Also, didn't know Moore and Guerrero were there as well.

Damn, I got up at half 4 to watch Impact on the internet but the channel had been deleted. So was Impact any good last night?

The main event was pretty sick I thought. It pretty much blew the last Raw before Mania's main event right out of the water.

Probably the 2,000 turned away were the WM24 crowd that stayed for the weekend, I hope ROH has to turn away people today and tomorrow too. This might be hard for me to say, but TNA did something great with the live show.

My guess is Chavo was visiting his uncle who works for TNA... Its a good sign that so many people wanted to see the show. But considering that its WM week, you would think that TNA would take the correct measures to avoid all of this.

All in all, it was a good show.. Other than some equipment botches (Which is understandable) it was better than your average Impact episode.

I actually liked it and I've never liked an Impact before. I will probably watch next week. I think the team Tomko vs team Cage thing got me hooked. Angle/Joe not so much.

They did pick a good time to have a good show with the WWE crowd down there this weekend.
