The techniques used are creative but there is a lot going in there.
Too messed up, no particular colour scheme or theme, inappropriate size, textwork isn't good at all, the background is a bad combination of stocks and random brushing, everything else is just too random and messed up.
Looks real bad imo.

Yeah, there's too much going on. Hard to keep my eyes on one thing. some parts also look over sharped. This could look good with a few changes though.
