You're fantastic at times, but this isn't that time. 
I'm not saying it's bad, but not the best you've got in there. Like what's with the top left corner of the signature? The font used for "Stone Cold" should have been used on "Steve Austin" as well. Nonetheless, good artwork 7.5/10.
