In a recent Aftermath Radio interview, JBL tells Arda Ocaland Jimmy Korderas about his Seven Summits for Kids project, a recent visit to WWE Headquarters and what he shot there, and finally (in the YouTube clip) how he enjoyed making his opponents laugh in the ring, and describes the one and only time he made the Undertaker crack.

I remember seeing a video of him smiling in the ring but i cant find it any more -.-
