So does anybody else here listen to Audio Books or Radio Dramas?

I'm currently listening to the works of H.P Lovecraft & I'm a big fan
of the War of the Worlds radio dramas...the classic 1938 version &
the incredible 1968 version.

Does anyone else here enjoy a good audio story?

Does anyone here have any recommendations?

Lets talk about it...

Isn't war of the world's '38 the drama that Orson Wells directed? And people thought it was real and caused a major emergency? Swear I watched a documentary on that!

Staying on topic though, I never tried audio books, I don't think I'd be able to follow the story well. That and I never have a moment where I can listen but can't read.

The 1938 War of the Worlds is amazing. I generally don't like to listen to audio books, though I do like listening to short stories that I can breeze through in ten or fifteen minutes while gaming.

So you'd rather a short snack than a full meal?

I've only listened to "Crazy is my Superpower" audio book.. I got it for free on Audible, i'm thinking of listening to some more, they're pretty cool to just chill back and listen to people tell a story, rather than having to read it.

I use to listen to a lot of Audio book, but now I don't. When I did, I mainly listen to books about Philosophy mainly focusing on Nihilism, Existentialism, and other "edgy" things.
