ATTENTION ALL DIEHARD RESIDENT EVIL FANS!!

Well here's the story. I bought Resident Evil 2, and will be getting Resident Evil 3. It got me all nostalgic because I love my vintage stuff. Here's the thing though...and those diehard fans of the series know this. The events of 2 & 3 are actually taking place at roughly the same time frame with each set of characters handling their business on opposite sides of Raccoon City. Also 2 & 3 (with exception of common enemies like zombies, dogs, and crows) had very different monsters. I always wondered if these monsters got into a scrape who'd be the victor. Who do you think would win in these squareoffs?I kind of got this idea from both the games, and that show on Spike tv where they pit different warriors(like Samurai vs Gladiator) to see who'd win. Plus I'm just really bored. So here goes...

Lickers(from 2) vs Hunters(from 3)

Mr.X(Tyrant from 2) vs Nemesis(Tyrant variant from 3)

Winner of Mr. X/Nemesis vs William Birkin(Main boss from 2)

G-Virus Spawn(Birkin's creature spawn) vs Grave Digger(giant worm beast from 3)

Who'd win in this battle of Titan Terrors?

Hunters would beat Lickers... they're a morphed version of Lickers and more powerful and agile.

I'd take Mr. X over Nemesis, IDK why, always thought he was more badass.

Birkin would destroy both with ease.

Gravedigger is definitely more badass.




Almost wish I was back home in Maryland and not stuck down here in Louisiana so I could dig up my Resident Evil collection and run through 'em.

BTW, has anyone ever figured out with Leon on RE2 how to run through to the Police Station without ever picking up an item to get special unlockables? I swear it's impossible, because you have no choice but to pick up the ammo on the bus...

It is very difficult. I admit the only way I can do it is with a Gameshark's help. See it is possible albeit difficult to just run past most of the zombies in the streets en route to the RCPD. The big secret is that a zombified Brad Vickers(who Nemesis destroyed in 3, which chronologically actually happened about a day or so before Leon, and Claire get to the police station) he's is a bit stronger than normal zombies. However once you make him appear you can go into the police station to get extra ammo(he'll still be there once you find him). When you kill him he drops that key for the one save room on I think the west side first floor. It unlocks the cabinet with alternate outfits for Leon, and Claire.
