I want to start off by saying I haven't watched wrestling in some time now, but I always follow the headlines and big stories that pop up. It seems like AEW keeps getting more and more talent, especially when top names leave the WWE. At what point do you think AEW will have bought too much talent? I'm not sure what the top brass have in mind with all the names they're acquiring, but at some point (just ask WWE) you have too much good talent that you don't do enough with.

If you do as good as they seem to do with rotating who’s on TV, and everything it should be fine. At some point it might end up being a problem, but they seem to right now be good on keeping talent rotating so people get on, plus they do like 12-15 dark matches a taping it seems, so people will be on one of those shows as well. But they will need to slow down at some point.

They currently have a good mix at the moment as far as their line-up goes: Two hours for Dynamite, and one hour for Rampage, plus the dark matches.

Should they up Dynamite to three hours or up Rampage to two, they might start seeing some major problems with over-exposure.

It is very much WWE's problem at the moment, too much exposure. RAW needs to go back to two hours and NXT to one hour.

It's a fair question with their roster getting more n more top heavy. While they do have options with international companies n impact etc, we are getting close to a point where it's very busy. I think as long as talent are cool w bring rotated then right now they've got the sweet spot. But surely they will also need to pull back older guys like Jericho and older midcarders like Matt Hardy to give way to the Ricky starks and Dante Martin's

The inherit truth is that WWE have a closed door policy. If you work for the company you only work for the company, there is no conversation to be had. No ifs, no buts, just no.

AEW without the cliche has an open door policy - and I'm not calling about the TK Forbidden Door either. Large numbers of AEW talent, aren't contractually restricted and so are able to work in the indie as frequently or infrequently as they want. It allows the shuffles and rotation to not be a problem.
