This'll be the last gen exclusive Assassin's Creed, and it looks interesting:
You'll play Shay Patrick Cormac, a Templar tasked with thinning the Assassin's ranks. As expected, you'll be sailing around the Northern Atlantic Ocean in a ship called the Morrigan, as well as exploring New York and the Appalachian River Valley. Intriguingly, Cormac's story will apparently tie into the Kenway family saga that started in Assassin's Creed 3 before continuing in Black Flag, though it'll also tie into the upcoming Assassin's Creed Unity. The game takes place against a backdrop of The Seven Years' War, which has direct ties to the French Revolution.
