Serious answer:
Depending on which signs and portents you use, it is easy to cast any "present" as the "time of the Apocalypse". Religious figures have been saying they predicted the end of the world within their own lifetimes since around the third or fourth century, if not earlier.
So, are we living in the End Times? Maybe. None of us will know until it's far too late to do anything about it...if there were ever anything we could do about it to begin with.
