i have linux, or Ubuntu 14.04 and when i try to make a call on skype my mic doesn't work, can anyone help me fix this?

I don't use Skype on Linux and I now presume you fixed it

I don't have the issue. Maybe check your settings and make sure you have the mic enabled if it isn't the drivers.
