Getting ready to turn 37-years-old, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira just spent the past few months rolling on the mat with the youth of the sport. Nogueira was recently a coach on The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil.
Working with fresh faces of the sport is vital for the future felt Nogueira.

"I find it very important that direct contact with the younger athletes," said Nogueira to TATAME. "I always try to pass my experience and assist in their personal and professional development."

In less than a month, Nogueira enters the Octagon across from Fabricio Werdum.

Nogueira returned with a Submission of the Night over Dave Herman in October. It was his first fight since Frank Mir broke his arm in late 2011.

Werdum has a pair of UFC wins since returning to the promotion last year, including a decision to Roy Nelson.

I can't wait for the fight itself. Two of the best BJJ practitioner in the heavyweight division going at it, I'm predicting it to be a standup war (that usually happens when two grapplers go at it) in which Werdum will dominate. Big Nog seems like he's getting up there.
