How could it get worse i ask myself before this weeks ecw show. i was answered during the show. Joey Styles, yes the voice of ECW has been taken off of the broadcasting team to be head of wwe.com. and in his replace, i hoped it would be a new star, hey even todd grisham. but no its mike adamle. the last nail in the ECW coffin that in my opinion could kill ecw forever. if the ratings werent down now then they damn sure will be.

Please, if TNA can survive with Don West then ECW can survice with Adamle.

surely Mike is worse than Don west. no one's worse than mike. plus joe styles is head of wwe.com!! i wonder what'll happen when he is taken off that duty.

I personally think Michael Cole should have remained the head of WWE.com, why change him because the site gets less viewers than before?

I don't think Joey Styles would bring any revolution, the same will continue happening but let's see where the "Fan nation" thing goes.

Everyone is blowing this whole Mike Adamle thing totally out of proportion. Ratings were actually up last week for the record. I think it was JR that said in his blog that he's never heard of ratings dropping or rising because of an announcer. To say that the ratings are going to drop drastically because of Adamle is just plain Blue imo. As Monkey said he and ECW will be perfectly fine.

ECW has been dead long. So I don't know what coffing you are talking about, because for the new concept that WWE has of ECW, a 1.2 for a developmental territory is good on a regular basis.

I don't see the shock, Adamle was winning way too much money to be a backstage interviewer, Styles himself requested the movement long time ago, and WWE sees ADamle long time as a big announcer(which he is in Sports). If WWE tests wrestlers in ECW to see if they are ready for the big leagues, it isn't so shocking that they do the same with announcers.

It's been long established that this ECW is just simply another WWE brand. Hell, it probably would have been more fitting to call the new brand WCW instead of ECW. Styles has kinda been meh to me as an announcer in the new ECW; he was loads more fun to listen to with his "OH MY GODDDDDD"s after someones been put through a flaming table.
