Another match set for Main Event

As noted, Zack Ryder and Santino Marella will face Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd in a tag team tournament match on Wednesday’s WWE Main Event television show. The winning team advances to face Rhodes and Sandow in the semi-finals.

Already announced for the premiere of Main Event is WWE Champion CM Punk vs. World Heavyweight champion Sheamus.

I am getting more and more impressed with Main Event the more I hear of it. Since they have to bring in ratings they can use it as a place to let younger guys that draw reasonably well work whilst letting the main event be with a bigger draw.

Mixed feelings here. Watching Kidd and Gabriel work with Ryder looks like a lot of fun.
