TNA newcomer Orlando Jordan had a reputation for developing a big head and exhibiting some unusual behavior during the final months of his tenure in World Wrestling Entertainment four years ago. Jordan was fired from the company on May 26, 2006 because he had been traveling with someone not authorized by the company.

Before his untimely release from the organization, there were creative plans for Jordan to be repackaged with a bisexual gimmick in a storyline that would have involved former TNA performer Stephanie Finochio (a/k/a Trinity) and a friend of his with no prior background in the wrestling industry. While bisexuality is considered taboo in some wrestling circles, it was passed for Jordan since it is his lifestyle in the real world. It should be noted that the storyline was Jordan's idea because creative team had no plans for him at the time.

Shortly after his departure from the organization, Jordan became embroiled in a bit of controversy online as he had uploaded photos of himself embracing two young males on his MySpace account. Furthermore, Jordan also uploaded nude photographs of himself to an account on the photo sharing website Photobucket.com. The images were discovered because Jordan also stored wrestling photos of himself on the account for his MySpace page.

That said, there were said to be no issues with Jordan backstage at the live Monday Night iMPACT! on Jan. 4.

Judging by his entrance music and walk I'm guessing he's wanting to bring this idea to TNA now.

Because...His personal life has no reflection on what he does in the ring. He is an all-round good wrestler and just because he's Bi, doesn't mean he should be excluded from working.

Yeah what he ^^ said. OJ not bad. He's pretty decent in my books (although I was still mad he beat Dinero). His little program with Benoit kinda killed his career though.

He needs to either shave his head or get his fro back. Other then that I don't really mind him besides his BS win over Dinero.

Yeah he didnt have to win that match but W/E I don't think it's going to hurt Pope

Such an underrated wrestler. Hardly see how the loss Pope had to him hurt him at all. Not like he was a title contender or on any type of roll.

my question is, why does everyone dick ride "The Pope"?

he is alright, but i don't see the awesomeness that everyone else does.

Goddamnit. That's not what the article argued at all. It's point was that Jordan acted unprofessionally in the WWE by bringing an uninvited guest to the backstage area at all of the events.

Ok yeah, I was answering JJ's question in a sense. Yeah he was unprofessional. But that was 3/4 years ago. Maybe he wasn't Teddy Hart and decided to change his ways overtime. The fact remains, he is a good worker.

I haven't seen anything wrong with his in ring performance since coming to TNA, he's pretty good from what I've seen in fact. I hope they don't slap some horrible gimmick on him where he tries to feel guys up during the match like Rico and Kwiwi.

I agree 100% Pope is one of those guys that for some reason or another people act like he is the greatest thing since slided bread, he is average at best imo

Ya know I thought about my title after I posted this, didn't mean for it to come across that they shouldn't of hired him because he is bi. What I meant was in my personal opinion I don't see anything special in Jordan and never have. He's a decent wrestler but not someone who has stood out or will. If he had a past problem in the WWE then why bring him in especially since he's not that popular.

Most likely if they go the bi route then this is what will happen.

I like the Pope but I honestly can't say why especially when I didn't really care to much for him when he was in WWE. I guess his character and promos slightly reminds me of The Rock.
