Air Attack Weasel
Dave "Air Attack Weasel" Wallace is a veteran wrestler from Florida who is best known for his work with 4C and CZCW. A former tennis professional, he was 102 in the world by the age of 19 but had to retire from the game due to an elbow injury. He then switched his natural athletic ability to wrestling, and after two years paying his dues on the east coast independent scene he joined 4C in 2004. A successful short run with the Canadians was the springboard to finding work with Coastal Zone Championship Wrestling where he would stay for the next decade. He is now back in Florida, working the local independent scene and running a gym. To date, nobody has been able to offer any explanation as to where on earth his ring name came from, and he notably didn't have a coherent answer when appearing on Joanne Rodriguez's podcast.
Ashley Keith
Wrestling legend Sam Keith’s favorite niece, Ashley Keith grew up immersed in the wrestling business. As a child she would often be found acting out her uncle's classic matches with her dolls. Spending summers with her uncle and cousins watching him mentor up and coming wrestlers at MAW and even working the merch booths and selling programs it seemed that Ashley was destined to enter the family business. But be that as it may, once she turned 18 she decided to pursue acting. After a short time in Los Angeles, seeing little success Ashley decided it was time to finally try her hand at wrestling. The self proclaimed "Queen of Professional Wrestling", Ashley is a natural technician in the ring like the rest of her family, and while still very green, has shown all the tools needed to be a star. Like her cousins Ashley has adopted the Proton Lock as her finisher of choice as a tribute to her uncle.
Ben Williams
"Bump Machine" Ben Williams is the self-proclaimed 'best enhancement talent in the business' and has spent the vast majority of his career staring at the house lights as he puts other people over. This willingness to sell his rear end off to make others look good has meant he has never been short of work, even if he has likely amassed the worst win-loss record in the history of the sport in the process. A very sensible man, he's saved his money well and invested it wisely, and as a result has actually done really well for himself in the business, far better than a lot of guys who have way more natural talent than he does.
Billy McGovern
'Big' Billy McGovern is a bulky, big wrestler of the McGovern clan that is light on his feet, but has power behind his strikes as well. Perfectly willing to take to the top rope or throw down in a brawl. Billy is also the joker of the McGovern clan sometime to the point of annoyance if you ask his family. Outside the ring, Billy is an amature stand up comedian.
Bob Casey
"Bullet" Bob Casey is a journeyman who has wrestled for some of the biggest companies in America and Canada over the past twenty years, but only as an enhancement talent for single night 'pin me and pay me' type jobs. Solid but completely unspectacular, his main attribute is that he is ultra-reliable and so promoters know that they can send him out to the ring and be guaranteed that he'll make his opponent look great. While that has meant he has spent most of his career staring at the ceiling, it has also meant he's never been short of work.
Breanna Riott
Raunchy, filthy, raw and uncut, Brianna Riott has built a career off of controversy. Former rock video girl turned wrestler, from leaked nude photo scandals to releasing a sex tape, to Riott, any press is good press. Now turning to the world of professional wrestling as another outlet to remain in the spotlight, only time will tell if her persona and personality will thrive in the modern era, or if she tried to cash in too late.
Chip Martin
"NextGen" Chip Martin is the youngest son of the east coast legend Johnny Martin. Debuting a couple of years after his dad stopped wrestling, thus denying them the chance to ever team up, Chip wisely decided that it would be too much pressure to try and make his name on the east coast independent circuit. As such, he loaded up his car and headed all the way out to Los Angeles to work the west coast instead, intending to come back home when he had learned his craft properly. Although smaller than his dad by about 20lbs, Chip works a very similar style, just with a few more high spots to take into account the fact that he's a significantly better natural athlete.
Christy Higgins
Christina "Christy" Higgins is a wrestler who hails from Florida. She is primarily a high flyer, mixing lucha libre style arm drags and head scissors with more traditional top rope dives, although she is also a pretty good striker too; this comes from her martial arts background as she is a talented kick boxing competitor. She was signed by AAA in August 2012 for her first shot at fame and was clearly being built up as one of the stars of the future for the company before their untimely demise. Post-AAA, Higgins has continued to work the independent scene all across the US and Canada in the hopes of landing another job.
Conner Threepwood
Conner Threepwood is a wrestler from Indiana who is probably best known for his seven year run with NOTBPW in Canada where he worked under the name Jason O'Conner, one half of the Fighting Irish tag team alongside Robbie McNamara. Originally trained by Acid, he was one the brightest talents on the US independent scene in the mid 2000s, then working as 'C. H. Threepwood', prior to going to NOTBPW. Since leaving them he has returned to America and is a regular sight on the independent scene once again.
Connie Morris
Connie Morris is a veteran wrestler from Missouri who is best known for her work in Japan, having been a regular with 5 Star Supreme Wrestling for seven years between 2002 and 2009 before a slump in business saw the company forced to release its expensive foreign talent. Being naturally quite big and powerful, her ring work is based on throwing her opponents around; this is especially evident in her Missouri Plough finisher, a running fallaway slam. The main criticism of her has always been that she is quite dull in the ring, and that if only she'd show some fire or raw aggression she could be a much bigger draw. Having been stuck on the independent circuit for many years and rapidly approaching 40, it's likely that Morris could be retiring in the near future.
Darkstalker
Darkstalker, real name Walter Givens, wanted to do something a little different than the typical spooky supernatural wrestler. Oh sure he was good at that, but more often than not they ended up being the heels and Walter just wasn't very good at being a heel. So he came up with the Darkstalker gimmick, Taking the mystery of the other gimmicks and adding a heroic bent to them. With his looks, build, and abilities despite being very new to the wrestling world. Darkstalker looks to be a star in the making.
Debbie Rose
Debbie Rose is best known for her "Lilly & Rose" tag team pairing with the Canadian wrestler Kate Lilly. A solid cruiserweight rather than a flashy one, Rose seems to have the right balance between good wrestling skills and exciting high flying action. She was trained by one of the best female workers in the US, Belle "Wanda Fish" Bryden, and a lot of her mentor's mannerisms and style can be seen in Rose's work. It was probably Bryden's influence that was behind AAA's decision to hire Lilly & Rose in 2007. The duo went on to win the AAA Tag Team titles four times and firmly establish themselves as one of the premier female tag teams in North America.
Denise McGraw
'Rough and Tumble' Denise McGraw grew up fighting for everything. The youngest of three sisters in a poor neighborhood ment that fighting was always something she was around, be it bullies, schoolmates, or sibling compitition. One arrest by the authorities was enough for her mother who begged her to get into any kind of sport to help channel that agression. Denise chose wrestling and found that she was good at it. The transition to professional wrestling from athletic wrestling was a small problem, but now she feels she is ready. No one really knows why she styles around her eyes the way she does. Outside of the ring, Denise is an obsessive fan of anime.
Devil's Daughter
Cordelia "Devil's Daughter" Krauss is a decent all-round worker who puts on consistently good performances without ever quite managing to have truly great matches. She joined the Angel Athletic Association in 2003 and was given a gothic make-over and teamed up with former tag team champion Vixxen to create Wild Times, a tag team that would have four runs with the AAA Tag Team titles. Following Vixxen's retirement, "Double D" worked solo right up until the company collapsed in 2017. A regular on the independent circuit, nowadays she works as a manager just as often as she gets in the ring.
Dixie McGovern
'Miss' Dixie McGovern is someone who's more interested in sticking with her family than professional wrestling, so while she usually ends up standing at ringside with her brothers, she's taken to wrestling training rather reluctently and it shows. A bit of a party animal and social butterfly Dixie has drawn some concerned looks from her family, but have yet to act upon it. Outside of the Ring, Dixie is looking to get into modeling.
Dreadnought
Dreadnought (Sam Copland) is a massive bruiser from Kansas who is the youngest son of the legendary Dread. He was trained by his father at the TITAN Factory and took his current ring name as a tribute to him. He is as strong as an ox, has surprising agility and athleticism for such a big man, and has a great look (enhanced by his cool mask), so Dreadnought has all the tools to be a big star one day.
Eric Lamonica
"The French-Canadian Flyer" Eric LaMonica is a young cruiserweight from Quebec and a 2016 graduate of the 4C Combat Academy. A decent but unspectacular high flyer, he is noted both for his consistency and his comedic touch in the ring. He's unlikely to ever become a mega-star, but he could become a useful midcard worker if he tries hard. 4C brought him onto the main roster once he graduated and he spent the next three years working for them until their untimely collapse left him out of work. He's been hitting the independent scene since then, looking to earn another break.
Faith Force
The daughter of Jim Force's father's brother's nephew's former roommate, Faith Force has taken it upon herself to unleash the power of The Force upon women's wrestling. Much like her idol in his early days Faith has no off button once the bell rings, which can be extremely entertaining in short bursts, but by the time the match hits ten minutes she has nothing left in the tank. Though in the right hands, her killer look alone (not to mention her steadily improving promos) could carry Faith far in this business.
Faith Force is the roommate and close friend of fellow young prospect Tameka Skye.
Flash Savage
"The Tiny Terror" Flash Savage is a physically very small worker who first came to people's attention during his time with Mid Atlantic Wrestling where, as one half of The Canadian Blondes (with Oscar Golden), he was an entertaining highlight of the midcard. Originally a spot monkey, Rip Chord's guidance helped Flash evolve into a solid cruiserweight. In 2009, he left in order to accept an offer with NOTBPW in his home country of Canada, ironically on the very same day that his partner Oscar Golden accepted an offer from their big rivals CGC. Although he had a lengthy run with NOTBPW, Savage's size was always a major drawback and he never really became more than a dependable opening match worker. He left the company in mid 2017 and took the brave step of heading to Mexico to try and forge a new career in the world of lucha libre.
Frankie Carmello
Frankie Carmello was born and raised in Colombia and actually started to wrestle there before she moved to Mexico in search of more opportunities in a marketplace that was rapidly expanding for luchadoras. Her Triple Jump Moonsault is quite breathtaking.
Fujiko Mushashibo
The only daughter of Yoshimi Mushashibo and the unquestioned black sheep of her family, Fujiko Mushashibo has devoted her time in wrestling thus far to being the polar opposite of her father, once even breaking a rest hold when she remembered it was Yoshimi's favorite. Nobody is sure what caused such a divide between father and daughter, but it definitely came to a head following Fujiko's participation in the infamous Five Woman Love Hotel Deathmatch where she was stabbed by a confused platypus' poisonous ankle barb, leaving her hospitalized for several weeks. Demonstrating a fantastic grasp of priorities, Yoshimi was furious his daughter had participated in a deathmatch and cut her out of the family.
Gareth Wayne
Gareth Wayne is a rugged brawler from Kentucky who has had many different identities over the course of his career, including The Gambler, John Doe, and "The True American" Jorge Washington. For most of his career he has been a wrestling nomad, pitching up in a territory and giving a few years of hard work before heading off to explore new pastures. In 2006 he joined WEXXV in Japan and started working under his real name. Many expected him to only stay a year or two at most, but he became a long-serving and integral part of the roster and established himself as a true main event threat, being a former champion and the leader of the biggest heel stable in the company, The S.O.B. He eventually left the company just before it collapsed and headed back to Kentucky where he is now occasionally seen wrestling on the independent circuit.
Grease Hogg
One half of The Dirty White Boys tag team with Lead Belly, the 295lb David "Grease Hogg" Bonham was a 2005 graduate from the excellent Supreme Wrestling Federation training camp class that also included Marc DuBois, the Bumfhole brothers, and the Samoan Wildboyz. A tough real life biker who came into wrestling late in life, he may lack finesse in the ring but he makes up for it with wild brawling and passion. Grease Hogg is also well known for being a willing bleeder in matches. The Dirty White Boys only had a year and a half stay in the SWF and are now better known for their long run with CGC in Canada where they were three time tag team champions. Since CGC's demise, The Dirty White Boys have been back working the US independent circuit in the hopes of landing one last run with a big company.
Happy Elwood
Patrick "Happy Elwood" Cudelli is a 210lb wrestler from Iowa. In late 2003 he joined USPW's short-lived training camp and was one of only two people who graduated to the main roster before the facility closed (the other being Nicky Champion). He was known as Patrick Cool at that point, and spent the next few years as the company's designated job boy. When Sam Strong took over in 2006 it was the catalyst for a change in character, to the epitome of Americana spirit, Happy Elwood. Unfortunately, in a company where size is everything, Elwood still couldn't break out of the lower reaches of the card and he eventually requested and received his release in early 2009. He's now a popular act on the independent scene but has yet to find regular work with another major company.
Harper Reid
Harper Reid is a stuntwoman (and occasional actress) with credits in over 100 films who has decided to try her hand at wrestling during her downtime. Nicknamed "The Cat" for her agility and nearly supernatural ability to always land on her feet, Harper is a natural high flyer with a love of springboard moves. What may make promoters hold back on signing her is that she didn't enter the business until she was on the wrong side of 30. Couple that with her film commitments and some may view Harper as treating her wrestling career as nothing more than a hobby.
James Diaz
James Diaz is the son of "The Monster" Raymond Diaz, one of the most famous foreign workers in PGHW history, a fact that has led to him being dubbed "The Return Of The Monster" by Japanese journalists who have seen footage of his early matches (as a mark of how respected his dad is, photos of James's early matches have appeared in wrestling magazines in Japan as well as speculation of when he'll join PGHW). The 6'6, 290lb wrestler is very similar in style to the way his father was in his prime, using very unforgiving, brutal attacks, and simply battering his way through opponents with impressive tenacity, violence, and power. It is understood that many companies are watching his development very closely.
Jason Patterson
"The Oklahoma Thunderbolt" Jason Patterson is a young wrestler who has been making a name for himself on the mid south independent circuit since his debut in 2017. A big tough kid, he's primarily a brawler but has some impressive power moves in his arsenal, including a beautiful delayed vertical suplex. He's quite old school in that he just wears plain black trunks and boots, which together with his ring style gives him a pleasingly throwback feel.
Jesse Gilbert
Jesse Gilbert is a Canadian high flyer who, alongside his twin brother Joe, has had a long and fruitful career in both America and Canada. Having developed their skills on the Montreal independent circuit, The Gilbert Brothers headed to CZCW and established themselves as one of the best young tag teams around. They would go on to join CGC and had a solid run there before winding up in 4C in 2009. The Gilbert Brothers would become multiple-time tag team champions and cornerstones of the entire company before eventually splitting up and engaging in a hot feud. During this time Jesse became 4C champion for a few months, making him one of the few people to complete the 4C 'triple crown'. The brothers reunited shortly before 4C closed and are now back to working as a team on the independent circuit.
Jessie Pulver
'Pulverizer' Jessie Pulver stands a tall 6'1" and seems to be a quiet, stoic person. Jessie however is simply just introverted, tending not to really talk much around people she's not well aquainted with. Some have taken this to mean she's a snob or thinks too highly of herself, but she in fact just isn't a people person. The fact that she's tall, muscular, and attractive means that eyes are on her now that's she's debut. Outside the ring, Jessie is an expert artist and sells her sketches online.
Joe Gilbert
Joe Gilbert is the twin brother of Jesse, two Canadians who are pretty well known for their trademark hockey-inspired gimmick and for the success they've had as a tag team over the past two decades. Their three big runs came with CZCW, CGC, and 4C, with the latter being by far the longest they've ever stayed in one place, a decade during which they both won multiple tag team titles and, for a couple of years, split up and engaged in a bloody feud against each other. Age and injuries have certainly impacted both brothers, and while they're still working the independent scene as a tag team, they're a far cry from the dynamic performers that they were in their heyday.
Joe McGovern
6'10" 'Little' Joe McGovern isn't going to win any prizes for most charismatic wrestler of all time. No, Little Joe tends to hang out quietly with his family and like-minded workers. Always willing to throw down in an in-ring brawl. Little Joe's never really been short of work. Outside of the ring, Little Joe is an avid comic book collector and reader.
Joy Ryder
Joy Ryder (Mary-Lynn Ridowski) is a young wrestler (and occasional manager) from West Virginia. Originally a pure technician when she made her professional debut, she has quickly blossomed into a real all-rounder who can work any style with any opponent. Highly rated, it is said that a few different companies are keeping tabs on her progress.
Jules Night
"The Sandman" Jules Night is a technical wrestler from Oklahoma. A 2016 graduate of the Piledriver School Of Wrestling, Night is a very solid worker who has a strong grasp of technique. His big weakness is that he is very bland both in the ring and in interviews, and that may hold him back in the long run. Since graduation he has been very active on the Mid South independent scene but has yet to attract the attention of any of the significant 'name' companies.
Kalder Tagg
The younger of the two Tagg siblings, Kalder teams with his brother Wolfie as The Hot Taggs. The duo have been working the independent scene in and around their home in Montana since the summer of 2019 and are quickly gaining a reputation for their energetic, high impact brawling style. Many have tipped them as a team to watch over the coming years.
Kate Lilly
Kate Lilly is one half of the "Lilly & Rose" tag team, her partner being the American Debbie Rose. Lilly is a good high flying wrestler and in most people's eyes is the flashier, more charismatic of the two, and therefore the one more likely to succeed in the business. In 2007 the two partners were signed by AAA to continue the tag team work they'd been working hard to perfect on the independent scene. They went on to become one of the best duos in the company's history, winning the tag team straps on four occasions. They have stuck together post-AAA, making them one of the longest-running duos in women's wrestling history, and are one of the most in-demand acts on the independent scene.
Katherine Goodlooks
Ohio-born Katherine Goodlooks, whose real name is Michelle Cox, is a worker who is best known for her long run with the Angel Athletic Association. Debuting in 2004, she was paired up with former tag team champion Serena Star, who changed her name to Jessica Bunny so that they could become the popular babyface tag team known as Good Lookin' Bunny. They went on to become four time tag team champions and one of the company's most consistently popular babyface acts. The team has dissolved post-AAA, with Goodlooks taking to the independent scene as a solo act.
Lead Belly
The menacing 350lb Lead Belly (real name Daniel Elderberry) is one half of the biker-themed tag team The Dirty White Boys alongside Grease Hogg. After graduating as part of the famous 2005 class from the SWF training facility, The DWB went straight onto the SWF main roster but endured a wretched time before being released just eighteen months later. They got a second chance at fame when they were surprisingly picked up by Canadian Golden Combat in 2009 and this time things went a lot better - they won the CGC World Tag Team titles three times over the next eight years. When CGC closed Lead Belly and Grease Hogg decided it was time to move on and have since returned to the US independent scene in the hopes of landing one more big run before retirement.
Lucy Trigg
A model who was recruited to the Mid Atlantic Boot Camp for her looks rather than any passion for wrestling, Trigg took to the wrestling industry like fish to water. A regular wrestler with a small stature, Trigg plays the underdog role well and looks to be an instant fan favorite. Her finisher, The Trigger Warning is a nasty looking brainbuster.
Mad Millie Morgan
Being the daughter of one of the few true shooters remaining in the business, it's perhaps no surprise Millie Morgan is turning into an intimidating, hard nosed competitor herself. She has been trained by her father Walter Morgan and his tag team partner Thomas Morgan (no relation) in the Wigan school of hard knocks. Like her mentors, Millie is as tough as they come, shown by her willingness to compete in bloody brawls and hardcore matches. Her finisher is a nasty Electric Chair Facebuster she calls "In The Mouth Of Madness".
Mario Heroic
"The Enigmatic One" Mario Heroic is a veteran who has wrestled all over the world but is particularly known for his decade wrestling in Mexico for SOTBPW and MPWF. He is noted for his elaborate and highly creative entrances, which occasionally last longer than his actual matches. In his younger days he was a flashy high flyer, but age and injuries have reduced his abilities somewhat and he has since adapted to a more slow-paced style. Heroic disappeared from wrestling after main eventing MPWF's last ever show in November 2014 and many thought he had retired, but he popped up in 4C at Christmas 2017, billed as a "lucha legend" and with a pay cheque to match. While his ring work was fine, his presence failed to boost attendance levels and, like the other big name 4C hires, the money spent on him ultimately put the company out of business.
Mark Smart
Mark "The Insider" Smart (Sami Krumtz) is a high flyer who is originally from Los Angeles, California. His dad is Harry Krumtz, a character actor who has appeared in literally hundreds of TV shows over the past forty years. Smart broke into the business as the towel boy for USPW, where he was also responsible for picking theme music for everyone. He eventually was allowed to compete in the ring, albeit only as the company's designated jobber and only on one-shot deals rather than a full contract. Eventually he left the company and started working the independent scene, where he has matured into a decent in-ring performer.
Maul
'The Chicago Mangler' Sebastian Cole, AKA, Maul is a giant specimen of a man that has lived his whole life around professional wrestling. At first he helped with indy companies to put together the ring and other odd jobs, just to be around the sport. Now however, he is a pro wrestler and looks to have that magic quality of size and technique down at a young age. Maul is also an avid D&D player and never fails to bring his stacks of books and assorted gear for games with his fellow wrestlers. He plays a Gnome Paladin when not running the game.
Mike McGovern
'Rebel' Mike McGovern is the McGovern clan's best hope to achive superstardom, at least if you ask the people that have seen him work. Mike is one who tends to play the rebel, striking out against the corrupt boss or manager. Some would say that if he has a flaw is that his athleticism isn't at the level it could or should be and will get gassed easily in more intense matches. It's yet to be seen if he's willing to work on that.
Morgan Stryker
A black belt in both Judo and Taekwondo, Morgan Stryker spent most of her early life dreaming of Olympic gold. Those dreams were dashed when during a routine training session a month before the Olympic trials she suffered a devastating knee injury. With no back up plan in place she decided to try her hand at pro wrestling, seeing the success several former MMA fighters have had making the transition. Extremely raw, Styker's offense consists of throws, strikes and submission attempts acquired from her years of training.
Oscar Ozymandias
Oscar Ozymandias (real name Hank Mudd) is a journeyman professional wrestler who has worked all across North America, although he is probably best known for his four year stints with USPW and RIPW. He is noted for having borderline A.D.D. when it comes to ring names, and has probably used well over fifty since his debut in the early 90s; amongst his former pseudonyms are Charles Branson, The Mystery Machine, Hollywood Hank, Shades McGinty, Wilberforce Chump, Ozzy Orpheus, and Lex Appeal.
Pepper Pelton
"Spicy" Pepper Pelton is a youngster who has been active on the American independent scene, particularly in the Great Lakes area, since the tail end of 2018. A native of Wisconsin, Pelton is a high energy brawler who uses his size and fine athletic background (he was a very good college football player) to his advantage by wrestling hard and fast. That said, he also has some good basic technical skills, as shown in his use of a sweet looking Fisherman's Suplex as his finisher of choice. He has a lot of potential and it would be a surprise if he didn't end up doing good things in the industry.
Phantom
Phantom and Poltergeist of the Ghosts of Retribution grew up together as best friends, both having an extreme love of professional wrestling, it went from pretending to be wrestlers as children to training to be wrestlers as adults. Phantom, Real name Marcus Franklin, realized that they needed a gimmick to hook people in and after several discussions and arguments, settled on no-nonsense workers with scary face paint. The facepaint design was Phantom's idea and the name Ghosts of Retribution was Poltergeist's.
Philippe LaGrenier
Philippe LaGrenier is a brawler from Quebec who was discovered and trained by Canadian Golden Combat. He made his pro debut for the company in May 2007 and scored his first title victory around a year and a half later when he won the CGC World Tag Team titles alongside Nathan Black. Unfortunately for LaGrenier, this was a false dawn - despite a decent reign, he would fall back to opening match status for the remainder of his stint with the company and eventually get released in late 2011. Many feel this was one of the first major examples of how badly run and out of touch CGC were, as LaGrenier could have been a huge star for them if handled correctly. He is now a regular on the independent scene, working hard and hoping to catch another break.
Poltergeist
Phantom and Poltergeist of the Ghosts of Retribution grew up together as best friends, both having an extreme love of professional wrestling, it went from pretending to be wrestlers as children to training to be wrestlers as adults. Poltergeist, Real name Randal Kennington, came up with the name Ghosts of Retribution as he was always the more creative of the two.
Power Girl
Power Girl, played by Ali Cameron, is a super hero character that first appeared in Babes Of Sin City back in 2006. Although it lacked subtlety, the skin tight costume helped get her over pretty quickly. In real life, Cameron is a former dancer from the Seattle area who just happened to be spotted by the BSC head booker at the time, Marilyn Stardust. Cameron quietly left BSC just before Christmas 2007 and disappeared from wrestling entirely for two years before reappearing working local shows around her native North West in 2010.
Prime Time Jack Pryde
A young wrestler out of Minnesota, "Prime Time" Jack Pryde is only just getting started on his career but is already being widely tipped to become a future star. Blessed with charisma and a natural swagger, Pryde considers himself to have been born to be a professional wrestler. Able to brawl or wrestle, the sky is really the limit for him.
Quentin Queen
"The Q Man" Quentin Queen is an American wrestler who is originally from Los Angeles. He was trained in the TCW School Of Pro Wrestling and graduated in late 2012, but unusually for the time was not brought up onto the main roster - whether this is because the management were unimpressed with him, felt he needed to gain experience working the independent scene, or some other more sinister reason is unknown. Since leaving TCW's system, Queen has been steadily working the American independent scene and gaining a reputation as a very solid worker.
Raphael
Debuting in late 2005, Brian "Raphael" Fletcher at first seemed to be little more than a stereotypical pretty boy with very limited skills. However, over time and through sheer hard work, he managed to turn himself into a solid worker. That effort was paid off in 2006 when he caught the eye of Professor Nero, who was on the look out for new talent for RIPW, and Raphael headed to New England. He went on to become one of the most consistent performers on the roster, part of the backbone of the company, and it was perhaps surprising that he was released in late 2014 as part of the company's restructuring. After a few years in wrestling's wilderness, Raphael got a job with 4C. He excelled during his two years there and definitely improved his profile.
Ray Acid
'Sadistic' Ray Acid is a rookie that carries himself like an old time veteran. Truth is he was raised around pro wrestling as his father and brothers were members of various local promotions' ring crew. Ray didn't want to build the ring however, he wanted to be IN the ring. So as soon as he was able he started a healthy diet, a workout routine, and weights. When a local promotion lost a worker Ray volunteered to be the jobber. His first preformance was abysmal with no real training, but his athletic build and drive to better himself won over a lot of people. Once he was trained to his satisfaction Ray set out into the wider wrestling world. Outside of the ring Ray is a professional nutritionist and routinely works out meal and diet plans for his wrestling coworkers.
Rayne Man
A good looking guy with lots of athletic ability, Gregory Henn came through the Supreme Wrestling Federation training camp and debuted on the main roster in 2007 under the name Greg Rayne. After a couple of years spent in the lower reaches of the card, slowly developing his skills and character, he was released because the creative team had nothing for him to do. With the SWF owning the rights to his ring name, he hit the independent scene under the name Rayne Man, hoping to capitalise on the little name value that he had acquired. He's been a regular on independent shows right across America ever since and has developed into a really solid worker.
Remmy Skye
"Psyche Out" Remmy Skye is a high flyer who is originally from Georgia. He is most closely associated with Coastal Zone Championship Wrestling, where he spent a decade and became something of a cult hero thanks to his daredevil style and oddly hypnotic charisma. A regular champion and main eventer for them, Skye was a critical part of the company's future plans but got himself fired in 2014 after no-showing two events in six months amidst rumours of a drug problem. Skye has been a regular on the west coast independent scene since then and put on many great matches, but so far his personal issues seem to have put off any other companies from bringing him in.
Rockin' Ryan Turner
Rockin' Ryan Turner is a charismatic wrestler whose usual gimmick is that of a mysterious, sexy, rock god - which is helped by the fact that he can genuinely play guitar and has his own band in real life, "Bad Idea". His first taste of fame came in Rip Chord's MAW where he was paired up with Stan Manna to form The Rock City Stars. They established themselves as a fine tag team before they left (with Rip's blessing) in 2007 to look for work elsewhere. They joined RIPW in early 2010 and were regular tag team champions prior to being released in 2014. After a couple of years as a popular act on the independent circuit they signed for 4C and won a further two sets of tag team titles before the company's closure.
Roger Monteiro
"American Eagle" Roger Monteiro is a cruiserweight competitor who is obviously proud of his Native American heritage as it strongly influences his ring attire and persona. With athleticism, enthusiasm, and a good look, Monteiro is definitely one for the future and has become a proven commodity on the American independent scene over the past decade.
Ruby Reece
Ruby Reece is a young Canadian wrestler who was trained in the AAA dojo. Debuting for the company in 2016, she quickly became known for her high energy brawling style, utilising many strikes from her kick boxing background. Six feet tall, she is much taller than most of her opponents and uses that to her advantage, particularly when delivering her brutal knock out head kick finisher. Reece was one half of the final ever AAA tag team champions alongside fellow rookie Sabrina Wells, a thrown together duo that unfortunately says a lot about how thin the roster was towards the end of the company's life.
Sabrina Wells
"Stunning" Sabrina Wells is a wrestler from Seattle who grew up watching her hometown company of AAA. She would go on to train at their Cat's Lair dojo, graduating onto the main roster in 2016. Although she had less than two years with them due to their closure, in her short time with AAA she showed herself a very promising rookie who mixed solid in-ring skills with a natural affinity for the psychology of wrestling. One half of the final ever AAA Tag Team champions (alongside her classmate from the dojo, Ruby Reece), Wells has been a regular on the independent scene since AAA's closure and continues to improve in each and every match.
Samhain
Samhain, AKA Hank Lowel was born October 31st and having that connection to the Halloween holliday started his wrestling career as the goofy comedy character Halloween Man, but an aging veteran of the business took him aside during one of his independent events and explained to the young man that a comedy character, while good for the audience sometimes, might not be the best way to break into the wrestling business as a whole. With that Lowel created the character Samhain, a more serious, but still oddball character that could play either face or heel. Outside the ring Hank studies the occult and demonology, if only to weird people out that much more.
Serena Star
Serena Star (real name Serena Sutton) is a veteran wrestler who is most closely associated with AAA where she was a long-time member of the roster. Originally part of a title-winning tag team with Stephanie Chee, it was when Katherine Goodlooks joined the company that her career really took off. With Star taking on the new ring name "Jessica Bunny", they teamed up to create "Good Lookin' Bunny" and went on to win the AAA Tag Team belts on four occasions. The team split up after AAA collapsed and Star has only wrestled a handful of matches on the independent scene since.
Skuld
Liz Hagen had never heard of professional wrestling when her neighbor at the time Aud Valkyrie introduced her to a new world. A gymnast with natural athletic abilities, Hagen has taken quickly to the sport and favors high flying moves above all. These days she's catching up on what she missed growing up, and is now devouring old OLLIE and SOTBPW tapes wherever she can get hold of them. She is currently using an occult gimmick, paired with her fellow witches Urd and Verdana, forming the Weird Sisters trio.
Skullface
Skullface lives and breaths his gimmick and has done so since he was small. To him everything is about 'inner darkness' and is bleak and depressing. As a wrestler he is more skilled than his partner, but really sees no reason to abandon him. The tag team as a whole has, up to this point, been used manly as jobbers or short term workers that stare at the lights a lot. Still he's not given up and has no plans to. Outside of the ring, Skullface wallows in the darkness of his soul.
Stan Manna
Stan 'The Man' Manna (Stewart Neill) is a tall and thin entertainer, best known for teaming with Rockin' Ryan Turner as The Rock City Stars. Hailing from Canada, the brash newcomer originally made a name for himself on the Quebec independent circuit before tapes of his performances somehow came to the attention of Rip Chord, MAW owner, which is how he came to be signed in 2005. The Rock City Stars would go on to star for RIPW, winning three sets of tag team titles, before a spell as a popular act on the independent circuit. They joined 4C in August 2016, taking on Becca Barton as their regular manager, and would add two more tag team title reigns to their account. Since 4C's demise the duo have been back to working the independent scene.
Steffi Chee
The veteran Stephanie "Steffi" Chee is one of the most widely travelled female wrestlers around, having competed all across North America, Japan, and Europe over the course of her career. She has competed under several different ring names during that time, most notably Principessa (mostly in Europe) and Stephanie Hazel (while in NOTBPW). In 2015 she decided to bring her travelling to an end in order to settle down and bought a house in America. She returned to AAA for the first time in over a decade shortly afterward and stayed with them right up until their final show. Now on the wrong side of forty, Chee is winding down her career.
Steph Blake
Steph Blake is a tough competitor from the UK who moved to Washington to train as a wrestler in 2003 and was subsequently signed by the Angel Athletic Association in 2006 after they'd been impressed by her work on local independent shows. She is nicknamed "The Mistress Of The DDT", which is deadly accurate; she seems to know hundreds of variations on the move and loves to spike opponents on their heads. She was with AAA all the way until their collapse in 2017, and is widely regarded as one of the cornerstones of the company. A triple crown winner, her finest moment was winning the Femme Fatale title in September 2016, even if she did only have a short reign.
Stevie Grayson
Stevie Grayson is a decent high flyer from Canada. He first came to fame with TCW (then known as HGC), who brought him in to become part of their cruiserweight division in 2001. It was in the tag team ranks that he would have his greatest success, first with Troy Tornado as The All-American Boys and then with Wolf Hawkins as Youth Gone Wild. He was released in 2006 after being deemed expendable and would spend the next two years in the wilderness of the American independent scene. He was rescued by CGC, who brought him in to beef up the work-rate of their midcard in 2008, and went on to have a lot of success, especially in the tag team ranks alongside Zeus Maxmillion with whom he would win four sets of tag team titles. He would leave the company in 2017 in order to spend more time in Florida where his house and family are.
Suki Flash
One night in Bangkok and the world's your oyster! At least that's the case for Steve Flash. Fresh off a string of independent shows in Thailand and one bar hopping night of bad choices, Suki Flash was born. A self proclaimed "geek", Suki integrates her vast knowledge and love of comics and video games into her gimmick.
She has adopted the Octopus Hold submission as her finisher of choice, aptly renamed Suki's Web.
Suzanne Brazzle
"Miracle Blonde" Suzanne Brazzle made her pro debut in 2000 and spent the next five and a half years building a good reputation for herself as one of the top independent female competitors around thanks to her crisp technical style and great work ethic. She was signed by the Angel Athletic Association in 2006, finally giving her a much-deserved first taste of fame, and she went on to be one of the big stars of the company's latter years, including a stint with the AAA Femme Fatale title. Brazzle is still active on the independent circuit post-AAA, but age is beginning to catch up with her.
Talia Neema
"The Pharoah" Talia Neema is an Egyptian-born but American raised professional wrestler who works in both the States and Canada. She broke in to the business in November of 2018, working in Canada and the Great Lakes independents with her best friend Urena Frost. She uses a variation of a triangle choke fittingly deemed The Pyramid Choke as her finisher.
Tameka Sky
Standing at 6'7, former basketball player Tameka Sky is a site to behold in the wrestling ring. It's not everyday you see a woman so tall and imposing in the squared circle. A top notch athlete with a menacing look, Sky has all the tools needed to be a big star. With the right training and guidance Sky could be the female face of a company for many years to come. Her finishing move is the Sky High Chokeslam, a one handed falling chokeslam.
Texas Hangman
The 6'7 and 360lb Texas Hangman is a menacing brawler from Dallas. He's not great in the ring at this early stage of his career, mainly sticking to basic strikes and the odd power move, but by the same token he is better than you might expect from a guy that big with such limited experience. With some seasoning to soften his rough edges and the right booking behind him, Texas Hangman could be a big asset for a company.
The Masked Mauler VII
The Masked Mauler is a generic masked gimmick which has been around for many, many years. This is the seventh version, as played by the young brawler Lawrence Miles. He was given the gimmick in early 2017 by the retiring previous Mauler, William Franklyn, who had apparently been keeping tabs on him after spotting his potential on the New York independent scene. Although he's still green, Miles looks like he should turn into a solid worker and a worthy heir to the gimmick.
The Silencer
John "The Silencer" Snyder is a genuine tough guy, having been part of one of the US Army's Special Forces divisions, specialising in the safe rescue of hostages from hostile locations. Since leaving the army he has become involved in the wrestling business, using his real world experiences to develop his character of The Silencer, a rogue special forces agent who is out to terminate opponents with extreme prejudice. While his ring skills are far from fantastic at this stage of his career, his great character and toughness make him one to watch for the future - there are reports that USPW and the SWF are both keeping close tabs on his development on the independent scene.
Urd
Trained by Aud Valkyrie, Natalie Gehring has adopted the ring persona of Urd, the oldest of the three "Weird Sisters" that form a promising trio that together have formed a unit that tries to work together wherever they go, adapting their supernatural gimmicks to whatever promotion they work in, toning it down or hamming it up as necessary. Natalie sticks out with her statuesque size at 6'1 and muscles to fit the frame. She is currently using an occult gimmick, paired with her fellow witches Skuld and Verdana, forming the Weird Sisters trio.
Urena Frost
"The Finnisher" Urena Frost is a Finnish-American professional wrestler. Originally from Alaska, she and her best friend, Talia Neema, became professional wrestlers together in November of 2018. She's shown promise early in her career and could be destined for big things. Her finisher, aptly named “Finnish Her” is a brutal looking cradle DDT.
USAwesome
USAwesome is as american as apple pie, baseball, and other such things. At least that's the gimmick Henry Smith came up with. Not very original, true, but Henry isn't all that creative of a fellow despite having the look and physical abilities to go far. Outside the ring Henry is an avid Fantasy Football player and always tries to start up a league wherever he is.
Verdana
Bea Lauer left a short and somewhat disappointing MMA career to do what she always had a passion for - wrestling. She applies a lot of her skills from MMA in her wrestling repertoire with a lot of stiff kicks and vicious-looking submission holds. She is currently using an occult gimmick, paired with her fellow witches Urd and Skuld, forming the Weird Sisters trio.
Wolfie Tagg
"Big Bad" Wolfie Tagg teams with his younger brother Kalder to form the duo known as The Hot Taggs. The two boys from Montana started wrestling in the summer of 2019 and have very quickly started to get noticed for their high intensity brawling style. Once they've gained some experience, the Taggs could well go on to be a really top tandem.
Yuki Moore
Yuki Moore started wrestling in Japan at the very early age of 12 while her father worked at the American embassy. When the family moved back to America, her career went on the backburner and her other passion took off as she and a couple of friends formed a pop trio that went on to achieve some success on the dance charts, but the interest for wrestling has never waned, now working the independent circuit, she's just waiting for the right opportunity to show that she's as dedicated in the ring as she is in front of the microphone.
