Its very similar, I think this is Puls3's new site (not sure on that though). People can and will copy the sites look because it frankly looks great but without building a similar userbase I don't think they'll be an issue.

Yep, it's CM Pulse's site. Quite a few people from here are on there. Adam, THG, Jwab to name a few.

He copies us all the time, pretty sure he asked us for the status plugin or part of the code for it, also.

Again, was inspired by us, lol.

He's a good theme editor though so I agree. I just personally don't agree with blatantly ripping someone off and changing bits and then classing it as your own. He has the talent not to do that, maybe he doesn't realise it.
