All contestants except Jon Fitch were tested for prohibited substances at the year-ending UFC 141 event, the Nevada State Athletic Commission informed Fighters Only today.

All tests came back negative for performance-enhancing substances and recreational drugs, such as marijuana and cocaine.

UFC 141 was headlined by former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar, who was stopped by Alistair Overeem in the first round and announced his retirement from MMA immediately afterwards.

For anybody wondering why Jon Fitch wasn't tested, i guess he was taken to the hospital after his fight in which he got KO'd. Assume he took one shortly after, and the results haven't come back in yet. Pretty sure though that his test will come back clean.
