There are an estimated 200 Billion to 500 Billion Stars in our Milky Way Galaxy, Which is just an average Galaxy. There are estimated to be as many Galaxies in the Universe as there is stars in our own Galaxy. As for the amount of Planets, countless Trillions.
As for aliens. Well in all that vastness I think there has to be life elsewhere apart from Earth. :3dflagsdotcom_canad :alien2: :alien:
