-watch out for the orientation.
-you could have cleaned (cut off) the hair that is coming out of his hand a bit. Just to make it look better image of him.
-Text needs alot of work. think of something that your text would actually improve or add depth to the theme youre using.
-the grain was fine, but try reduce the grain from his face abit.
-try make the film strip's images more opaque.

I can only say that the text needs lots of improvement! It just seems too bland, and as WS said - it doesn't add any depth to the sig.
Otherwise it's some nice work. Nothing amazingly wicked, but nice none the less.
