I need the movie for the gif you want from youtube or dailymotion,Then the start time of which part of the movie you want your GIF to start then end time for which part of the movie you want your GIF to end . . .

New Rules:

1. I would like to add this rule for all requests. Only 2 Requests are allowed per week because i don't have sufficient time to make a bunch of GIFS just for one person.
