Following a story.

Sports Clubs in Brazil are mainly known for our number one sport, football. But they also branch into different sports such as volleyball, basketball, etc., and with the international MMA league coming to Brazil, it now appears they’re getting their feet wet with our beloved sport as well. This trend started with UFC MW Champion Anderson Silva, who is represented by none other than 9ine’s Ronaldo, who more than likely facilitated for the signing of the Brazilian within the club and as a result, a signing deal with Nike. However, this trend is catching on, with the list of fighters increasing everyday.

- Anderson Silva signs with Corinthians

- Paulo Thiago signs with Cruzeiro

- Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira signs with Internacional

- Edson Barboza is currently negotiating with Botafogo

- José Aldo hopes to be the next one, wishing to sign with his team of heart, Flamengo.

We should see these fighters wearing their team logos in their next fights, it’s unclear how much money they’re getting out of these deals, hopefully this trend will not stop.
