AEW PPVs to be available on TrillerTV in the US

After years of B/R Live being the sole domestic streaming source to buy AEW pay-per-views from, the next three AEW PPVs will also be available to purchase on Triller, the former FITE.

That change in availability will begin with next month's AEW Dynasty and will continue with May's Double or Nothing and June's Forbidden Door. It's unknown what will happen after that point as it was described as a "right now" situation.

On Tuesday, the ability to purchase Dynasty went live on Triller for the traditional $49.99 PPV price. The ability to purchase all three PPVs as a Triple Pack bundle as international buyers are able to do has not been made available at this time.

The news comes on the heels of last month's Revolution which was marred by so many technical issues early on that the PPV was made available to buy on Triller for the U.S. audience as the show was going on.

I doubt that would happen. Thriller would have to pay AEW an awful lot too to make it worth not making $50 a month worth it.

Like I’ll say I don’t personally want to pay $50 a month but AEW is still selling like 150,000 pay-per-view at a whack. I don’t think Tony’s anywhere near considering a streaming deal unless he’s gets paid a lot which is what I think the hold up with max is.

yeah I was mentioning this too the other day elsewhere. Like sure I rather not pay that much per ppv. But the numbers are steady so until those go down, there's not much incentive to make some of them cheaper or get a streaming deal. Plus I don't want the digital side fully on Triller. While it's great day of or week of, the archiving isn't the easiest to navigate - you have to know the week number of the episode and type it out

I’m honestly surprised that YouTube doesn’t get used more as a pay-per-view purchase option.
