AEW Hiring Jen Pepperman As Vice President Of Content Development

AEW makes a new hire.

Soap Opera Network first reported that All Elite Wrestling has hired Jen Pepperman as the Vice President of Content Development.

“Adding Jennifer Pepperman’s brilliant mind to the AEW team opens the door for exciting new ideas and will help us build upon the incredible stories currently developing on the road to AEW Revolution across our three weekly shows on TBS and TNT, and the effects of Jennifer’s arrival in AEW will be felt for many years in the future,” said Khan in a statement. “We’re thrilled to welcome her today, and I look forward to her creativity and collaboration with our team across the board in what will be AEW’s biggest year yet, and beyond.”

Pepperman left WWE, where she served as Senior Writer and Producer, earlier this month.

Pepperman previously worked on “As The World Turns” and “One Life to Live."


Pepperman has won three Daytime Emmy Awards throughout her career One for her directing work on “As The World Turns,” another for directing “One Life to Live” and a third for directing on the digital drama series “After Forever.”

With 5 hours + of TV I think it's probably overdue to upgrade these departments n not only leave it to ex wrestlers. I don't want 100 writers but a few big wigs organizing n planning future content is nothing but good from my pov. Aew can always improve on consistency n stories that last long
