She's won some squashes on Rampage recently, I feel like that's actually more than they usually do for Nyla's required title shot against the new champions (outside of the Jade feud that was actually booked really well)

I get it, I enjoyed it too but from the other side I guess I get it - rankings just got everyone to bitch immediately. no dark to get easy wins. and they do like to do 50 50 booking. I suspect it's also because Kyle is getting a shot at Okada (likely leading to story stuff post match) and if they showed his record...well it would look bad (still does but i personally dont care that much)

lmfao that is also prob true. I think sometimes they have ideas but don't follow through or plan enough long term. Vince did that a lot too at times but the difference is TK n co are young enough and not too stubborn to hopefully learn lessons from this stuff and think more before jumping the gun on ideas

Nah the Vince stuff was cause he'd drop things after literally weeks, I never even clowned him for pivoting after months unless I just really liked the thing he dropped lol Tony rarely drops things quickly without trying, the worst was probs the rankings "return" lol what a disaster

yeah the rankings was an own goal, no idea why they hyped them up and then put zero fucking effort lol. I think they got cold feet cuz ppl just didn't get as hype and were super critical. so they blinked first.

with vince it was especially terrible in the end when they would announce new rules and formats instead of just changing the bad booking lol. like restarting matches for commercials lolwut, and a few other really strange random shit lol
