He wasn't identified by the victim as the shooter when police first got called to that scene. That situation seems like a money grab IMO.

I know it's the other situation, but how is it leaked that it's him but the authorities aren't taking action? I mean, he's pretty famous, and in the article it links him. Probably a money grab though.
