Has anyone ever won the Royal Rumble without actually eliminating anyone?

I don't believe this ever happened...

Or Roman and Roman (I know you'd love that VINCE wouldn't you!?)... Anyways --- the two left decide to just focus on each other because who is that twerp? AND the unthinkable happens... They somehow double eliminate each other and DING DING DING...
