The last few weeks I have had a theory regarding RAW. I surmised that you can get away with watching only three segments on the show and by doing so miss absolutely nothing important. I tried this last night and realized I was right.
Segment 1- the opening segment.
This usually sets up the show and moves along 1 or two of the main storylines.
Segment 2- The beginning of the second hour
This is almost always the best match of the night which has stakes regarding the next weeks RAW or the next PPV.
Segment 3- The Main Event/Run over
Pretty self explanatory, the segment which wraps the show and sets up the next week's events.
By doing this I was able do get things done around the house and still be up to date on what happened on Raw. Give it a try, you might find it easier to swallow than a full 3 hour show.
