the ecw title seems to not be the ecw "world title" anymore and just the ecw title, a stepping stone title on ecw but the top rank title on the show i guess but anyway i was playing the old wwf smackdown and wwf smackdown 2 know your role game (scrolling tru memory lane) and i played the hardcore time limit title match thingy where you got 4 guys and the hardcore on the line and who ever pins the champ becomes the champ and that keeps going on til the time limit is up and whoever is the champ after the times up well is the champ
and if i remember right, i dont recall wwf (e) ever actually using that match on the show so it got me thinking that maybe ecw could use this match in a extreme rules match falls count anywhere time limit match but dont have it as whoever pins the champ becomes the champ just they are in posision of the title the hold the title of champ but not considerd as champ and whoever has the last position at the end of the time is the new champ
i think a good match for this would be henry (c) vs hardy vs Miz vs morrison vs finlay vs dreamer like a hunters vs the hunted match henry is the hunted (the champ) and lets say miz pins/ submits him, miz then becomes the hunted because he has the title of being the champ (although he isnt champ unless he holds that title until the time expires) henry is not eliminated just not holding the title of champ anymore, the only way to hold the title of champ is to pin the champ or make him submit
this match maybe to gimmicy for wwe maybe tna but i think it would work for the ecw title the thing about it is where would they air it ecw is only 60min and a match like this would have to be atleast 20-30 min i think for it to atually be good and i dont know if theyd have a ecw match this long on a ppv but i think its a good idea for that title
