i like the choice of color and the design is uniform. Thats good.
but just one thing about the work here, i think you shouldnt have added grain effects on the psd. coz he looked like he's on dust! which i think you cant see the grain dust when he is actually travelling at top speed! maybe just a blured lower opacity dusty wind but not grains of wind. if you know what i mean?

i think it looks cool just on the white, i know it displays motion but it could be a little more darkend or just lower the opacity a little.
