7 ROH Questions for Oct

Oct. will feature four big ROH shows. On oct 5th in Boston. Oct 6th in NJ for the fourth ppv taping. Then Oct 19th in Las Vegas for Survival of the fittest and to San Fran on Oct 21 apart of wrestling fan fest.


1) Can Nigel finally defeat Morishima in his third attempt at the fourth ppv?


2) Danielson and Aries will now have a best of 3 series of matches, with the winner receiving a title shot at Glory by Honor night 2. Who will win this series of matches?

3) Is Chris Hero the most under utilized guy on the ROH roster?

4) Who will win Survival of the Fittest 07 (already signed: Delirous, Strong, Claudio, Hero, Danielson, and Aries.

5) Will Age of the Fall be sucess, and change the face of ROH, or will it fizzle shortly.

6) Thoughts on Jigsaw joining the Vulture Squad?

7) Who will Delirous get to be his partners against Hangmen 3?

Updated a bit. I guess I'll post my answers first.

1) Can Nigel finally defeat Morishima in his third attempt at the fourth ppv?

I have no clue... Im really 50/50 on this one. I guess its too hard for me to bet against Morshima. I think the winner of aries/danielson will beat morishima.

2) Danielson and Aries will now have a best of 3 series of matches, with the winner receiving a title shot at Glory by Honor night 2. Who will win this series of matches?

Aries!

3) Is Chris Hero the most under utilized guy on the ROH roster?

Well, apparently if you lose, its ROH's way of pushing you even farther for some reason. Right now he is the most hated man in ROH, and will eventually lead to some wins. I don't think he's under utilized, but could use a couple more W's. It seems ROH uses him as a stepping stone for a few guys.


4) Who will win Survival of the Fittest 07 (already signed: Delirous, Strong, Claudio, Hero, Danielson, and Aries.

El Genrico, He's put on some of ROH's best matches this year and i could see them pushing him all the way with this event.

5) Will Age of the Fall be sucess, and change the face of ROH, or will it fizzle shortly.

I think it will be good for 2007, but will die off in 08.

6) Thoughts on Jigsaw joining the Vulture Squad?

Not sure where this is going, it could lead to something good.

7) Who will Delirous get to be his partners against Hangmen 3?

Ill say Steen & Generico.

I'd love to see Nigel finally take the gold here, but for some strange reason I see Morishima retaining till Final Battle and for some reason I see it going to Aries.

I have to admit I havn't been keeping up lately (i'm about a month or 3 behind), but in my opinion, if he's not at or near the top of the mountain, he's being under utilized.

4) Who will win Survival of the Fittest 07 (already signed: Delirous, Strong, Claudio, Hero, Danielson, and Aries.

Hard to speculate, Generico would be good (like noted before), but I'll be watching what they do with Strong. Winning SOTF could help him in a more regular title hunt position.

5) Will Age of the Fall be sucess, and change the face of ROH, or will it fizzle shortly.

I think this angle could either go really really well, or fail miserably quickly. It's really hard for me to tell, and I don't see it falling somewhere in between. I do like what i've seen/heard/read about them though.

6) Thoughts on Jigsaw joining the Vulture Squad?

Didn't know he joined, like i said i'm behind. I think he could be a good fit though, I'll have to see it in action.

7) Who will Delirous get to be his partners against Hangmen 3?

Cheech and Cloudy in Delirious garb haha jk (it was fun in chikara though). Steen and Generico sounded like it would be good, but who knows really.

I like Steen's package piledriver alot for some reason, also Delirious' Chemical Imbalance II and Neverending Story Lariats.

Yes. It makes sense to have the title change occur at the PPV taping, since it'll make for a must buy show once it airs on PPV. Nigel will FINALLY win the big one.

2) Danielson and Aries will now have a best of 3 series of matches, with the winner receiving a title shot at Glory by Honor night 2. Who will win this series of matches?

I'm going with the upset and say that Aries is winning. As stated before, I believe that Nigel will beat Morihsima. Danielson vs McGuiness is always great, but we've seen it a lot of times in the past, I think Aries wins and ultimately beats Nigel to become the first ever 2-time ROH champ... Think of it as a thank you for being loyal to ROH.

3) Is Chris Hero the most under utilized guy on the ROH roster?

Hell YES!! Maybe its because he came from CZW, but Gabe has been booking Hero in undercard-matches and four corner survivals (which Hero always loses) despite being arguably the top heel in ROH. I see him beating Castagnoli at the PPV taping to get a BIG win in ROH.

4) Who will win Survival of the Fittest 07 (already signed: Delirous, Strong, Claudio, Hero, Danielson, and Aries.

CHRIS HERO!! Like I said, he'll beat CC at the taping and somehow win here too. It'll probably CC and Chris in the finals with Hero winning due to some outside help.

5) Will Age of the Fall be sucess, and change the face of ROH, or will it fizzle shortly.

It'll be a success. With Black being a new-comer and Necro getting his first real shot in ROH it'll make for some good matches. Jacobs will continue to deliver on the mic and in the ring, and it wouldn't surprise me if they outlast many of the other factions in ROH.

6) Thoughts on Jigsaw joining the Vulture Squad?

I really wanted Kingston to be the third man, but it seems that is one stable that will focus on high-flying. In terms of wrestling style he's a perfect fit, in terms of image... not so much. I think he'll be good for a while, but I still expect to see someone else join the VS.

7) Who will Delirous get to be his partners against Hangmen 3?

My guess is he'll be getting some "outside" help as in no one from the ROH roster. I see his CHIKARA partner Hallowicked being one of his partners as for the other one... Mike Quackenbush!!

If it were known when ROH makes their next UK-tour, I would definitely go for Aries, as Danielson's challenge on the Isle as a Unified-rematch with the roles reversed would be just too much $$$$$s. But as it stands, Danielson will likely take the next two matches and the title shot for New York.

Y-E-S! Technical mat work, comedy, heel-ness, face-ness, strong style, flippyng, unholy-moonsaults-of-perfection, funky chicken walk, promoing, size, the looks, T-shirt...the guy is the total package.

4) Who will win Survival of the Fittest 07 (already signed: Delirous, Strong, Claudio, Hero, Danielson, and Aries.

I'm rooting for Hero, but from a likelihood-standpoint, Aries will finally get his elusive SOTF-victory after years of poking at the proverbial chalklines.

Sounds very intriguing, but once Jiggy comes out with a bandana over his mask and throws hand singnals with Smokes, the union will become gold!
