I might be one of a handful of people who enjoyed the six sided ring. When I first saw it I liked it. It was different. As a mainstream wrestling fan for so long, I've never seen one before. The six sides of steel looked pretty cool too.

Now that it's gone does the consensus say good riddance? Or did TNA bury one of the few things that tried to create a "brand" for them?

I don't like the 4 sides beacause of that rediculour entrance ramp, but im WWE over WCW. Think that gets me though is, Hogan says 4 sides is more professional, yet 6 sides was getting main stream and it was becoming major, AAA as an example. So I believe the 6 sides should have been giving more time when Hogan was there, or would he have got lost doing a big boot?

^^^I thought the entrance ramp was pretty cool. WCW used something similar in the early 90's. It looks good on tv but it takes away from the fans a little bit.

The shape of the ring never really effected me much. I guess the 6 Sides was different, but when it comes down to it the shape shouldn't matter. It is what happens inside the ring that matters. Alot of great moments happened in the 6 sided ring, but it isn't like great moments won't happen now that there is a 4 sided ring.

I am quite anxious to see what Lethal Lockdown will look like around a 4 sided ring.

^^^Yeah me too. I own Rise and Fall of WCW and it'll probably look the same as the 96 match but with a higher roof.

I sure as hell miss it, its what hooked me at first, its not that different but its definitely bad as hell. It made for more stunts and everything. But the direction there going in now it doesn't matter. There trying to build more power houses over high flyers so its useless in that sence.

I liked the 6 sided ring but I like the set up they have now. Though when they get to a point of bigger crowds and their originals become bigger names, it might be a good idea to occasionally have 6 corner pay per views.

I actually liked the ring. It was a TNA trademark and I was actually disappointed when they got rid of it. The ring was one of the things that got me interested in TNA wrestling because it was different.

Too much is made out of the ring really. I was always confused by the point of having a six sided ring when normal wrestling happens in a squared circle.

If they were smart they would drag it out for one PPV a year (Lockdown would be best actually) and use it as a gimmick.
