the lightening effect on the psd is good, but the bkg doesnt suit this effect.
You might have had added some shadow and darkness at the sides to compensate between the target and non-target here.
It looks kinda empty, you can move the psd more towards the centre, or enlarge it.

im not really sure how to rate it but i like it and the white effect on the hat is good and the colours go together quite well
