50 Cent to appear at Wrestlemania

This morning Floyd "Money" Mayweather and rapper 50 Cent appeared on New York hip hop radio station "Power 105". While talking about his upcoming match with the Big Show at WrestleMania XXIV, Mayweather told 50 Cent, "I'd like for you to bring me out [to the ring]". 50 answered, "I'm coming. I'm coming."

This would not be the first time 50 Cent was at Floyd Mayweather's side for a big fight. 50 rapped his hit song "I Get Money" while escorting Mayweather to the ring before his fight with Oscar De La Hoya last year.

In a recent interview with MTV News, Mayweather was asked about 50 Cent and said, "We got a friendship. We talk about business a little bit. We talked about it when Coca-Cola bought VitaminWater. He said, 'You didn't see what I just did?' .. I said 'Of course I did. Congratulations. Now you have to take me out to eat.'"

This will definitely make it a WrestleMania. I mean BIG celebrities, not no Donald Trump, someone who everyone couldn't give a shit about, this is 50 Cent, I mean, he is huge, well not to me, but still. This is a positive for Mania definitely.

I like this if he just comes out, does his little rap thing for Floyd, then goes to the back or something and watches the match. I don't want 50 cent interfering in the match tbh. But, this is good, it's always nice to get celebrities especially at 'Mania. This would give us 3 pretty major celebrities: 50 cent, Floyd, and Snoop Dog. This should help to get the interest of some non-wrestling fans or at least some people who don't watch that much.

This angle gets worse by the minute if you ask me. At least with the celebrity angle last year you had Trump who can actually work a mic and you had two wrestlers doing the fighting.

This year you have a guy who is supposed to be a face talking about breaking jaws, money, MME, him owning the WWE, saying he is the real champ. Now he is joined by someone who will add absolutely nothing except more talk about being rich.

Did anyone see the press conference? Mayweather was talking about being the real champ. I would have loved to see Orton or Edge say something to him. Mayweather isn't even going for the belt, don't devalue the belt by saying you should be champ.

The guy just sucks as a face. People are going to want to see Big SHow rip him apart.

That's what we all want to see......I seriously doubt we'll get it though....Big Show probably won't even get a chance to put his hands on Mayweather.....which sucks 'cause I would love to see Mayweather turned into shit...especially since I still see Show as the face of this "feud" not Mayweather

- Celebrity gossip site MediaTakeOut.com is now reporting that 50 Cent will not be alone when he accompanies Floyd "Money" Mayweather to the ring at WrestleMania. The site claims Tony Yayo and other members of 50 Cent's "G-Unit" crew will also be there. A person affiliated with the WWE tells MediaTakeOut.com, "50 will have more of a role in the event than just walking Floyd to the ring." Please remember this is the same website that broke the fake story that Eminem is training for a WWE career, so consider this to be a rumor at this point.
