Well, I had a PS 1, about 6 yrs ago before we Moved. I always liked the sound it made when starting up. I never heard any of those creepy sounds, though. This was interesting to listen to.
Apparently Japanese game devs like to scare the shit out of people who pirate/fuck up their games. If I'm being honest though the ambient music PS consoles use have always kept me calm and uneasy at the same time, I can't explain it.
