Should be a historic night for Bret Hart to win the US belt in Canada. I am actually hoping they go through with this just to see if they have the balls to put a belt on Hart. If Bret holds that belt, I could just see them retiring it or not using it at all since Raw has no mid card guys anymore. Besides Truth and Morrison, most of the roster now is upper mid card to main event stars. The rest of the roster isn't even worth talking about. Should be interesting to see how this plays out. Have a good time at Raw. Plus it's commercial free which means no intermissions lol

Are you serious about that main event, I thought it was for Over the Limit. Anyway, I look forward to see the way Buzz gets it so Miz is disadvantged. I predict JoMo and Truth vs Colons. God, HBK should have been Guest Host, that would have been awesome.

^ That is what the website said. I kinda scratched my head as well but if it is really is the main event, it should be pretty awesome.

Fairly lame guest host, I would have expected someone better than Buzz Aldrin....maybe a Canadian hockey player or something instead of an old fart that stepped on a fake moon.

I would love WWE to recognize hockey at one point or another. They never get a hockey player to host Raw, they don't even have hockey players front row like they do time to time with baseball or football players. Weak.

I know! Guess it's because the WWE is so damn American but it would rule if Steve Yzerman hosted <3 I would shit my pants a million times over.

If anyone says Gretzky, fuck that smurf.

Is Buzz American? I think if WWE is out of America then it should be hosted by a native of that country, it just seems patronising. Like they are saying, "We're gonna come to your country to entertain you with celebrities that you more than likely haven't heard of because your Z-list celebs aren't good enough for us."

I was gonna go but most of my friends dont watch wrestling anymore. Last time I went was when William Regal was playing with the lights.

But yeah, they should get a hockey player to host

If I wanted too, I would go to a WWE Event 2-3 times a year. There is a Super show this month, but I don't feel like going. I went to the last Smackdown before the Royal Rumble. The product is so much better live.

I have never been to a WWE live event, I'd love to go some time but there is no way in the foreseeable future that I could go to one.

Yep, he is American and is one of the astronauts that 'landed on the moon' in 1969.

I rushed last week to see who the host would be and I was so fucking disappointed to see his name there.....I'm not one to necessarily think that someone from the same country has to host but it's still a nice thing to see, especially in places where the WWE doesn't come very often. They come here once a year (well, one day for Raw and the next day for SD), which is more than other places can say since the WWE probably shows up once every 10 years elsewhere, but even so, getting some old man no one gives a fuck about anymore is shitty. If the WWE Universe has a high number of kids, why the hell would they pick some grandpa to host? Way to make the majority of your fanbase uninterested.

Supposedly Aldrin is the second man to walk on the moon, I expect Jericho and/or Miz to give him shit about that.

I may watch Raw before I go to work. But Bret beating Miz for the title even if he does retire it the next night is enough for me not to watch Raw for a very long time.
