This is a tournament consisting of Batman characters. Each fight will be fairly balanced. Each round will be randomized.
The winner gets to take on Batman himself. In an interestingly set up situation.

The Participants are: Bane, Catwoman, Clayface, The Joker, Killer Croc, Man-Bat, Mr. Freeze, The Penguin, Poison Ivy, Two Face, The Riddler, Scarecrow, Ra's al Ghul, Lady Shiva, Robin & Bat-Girl.

Round of 16:

Bane Vs. Clayface
Bane has 1 hour of prep.
Takes place on the Streets of Gotham

Catwoman Vs. The Joker
No Prep
Takes place in Arkham Asylum

Killer Croc Vs. Man-Bat
No Prep
Takes place in the Arena

Mr. Freeze Vs. Robin
Robin has 1 day of prep, Mr. Freeze has 1 hour of prep.
Takes place on the Streets of Gotham

Scarecrow Vs. Penguin
No Prep
Takes place in Arkham Asylum

Two Face Vs. The Riddler
Two Face has 4 days of prep, The Riddler has 1 day of prep
Takes place on the Streets of Gotham

Ra's al Ghul Vs. Poison Ivy
Poison Ivy has 1 hour of prep.
Takes place in the Arena

Batgirl Vs. Lady Shiva
Batgirl has 2 hours of prep. Lady Shiva has half an hour of prep.
Takes place in on the Streets of Gotham
