    If he did something else to connect with the crowd, he would be getting better responses. For some reason, WWE stopped letting him come to the ring through the crowd like he did before, and I think that has hurt some of his connection with the crowd, as he was the only star at the time that did...

    Santino was never believeable as a heel. Morrison and Miz in ECW were great heels. The most heelish thing Santino did was threaten to tell kids Santa didn't exist and get beaten up by John Cena.
