    That would be correct. Then Triple H came out and got a match, won it. Fought Umaga in the middle of the show, then fought Orton in the Main Event. So it did in fact open the show with a match.

    Did they REALLY try to say this is the first time the WWE Title opens the show? I mean...not like it didn't happen at this very PPV in 2007 or anything.
